About the Programme

Electrical and Electronics Engineering is an integrated branch of engineering that deals with the technological aspects of electricity, including the design and application of electrical circuits and electronic equipment. The programme covers power generation, transmission and distribution, communication systems, machine control and automation.

It emphasizes the practical application of electricity in real-world systems and provides strong fundamentals in control systems, signal processing, microprocessors, electric machines, power systems and modern electronics.

Who Is This Programme For?

Candidates who have completed Intermediate (10+2) with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or have successfully completed a Diploma Programme with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible.

Minimum Eligibility

Admission is based on merit in AIEEE / JEE / TSEAMCET. Lateral entry to the second year is through ECET conducted by the Telangana State Government for Diploma holders with at least 50% marks in the appropriate branch.
