Eligibility Criteria (UGC 2022)

1. Academic Qualifications
Master's Degree 1-Year/2-Semester Master's after 4-yr UG OR 2-Year/4-Semester Master's (M.Tech/M.E/M.Sc/MCA/MBA/M.Phil) with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA).
4-Year Bachelor's 4-Year / 8-Semester Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E/B.Sc Hons) with minimum 75% marks (or CGPA 7.5/10) for direct Ph.D. registration.
2. Entrance Test Waiver & Weightage
National Exams Waiver Candidates qualified in UGC-NET / CSIR-NET / GATE / CEED / JRF are exempted from the written entrance exam and proceed directly to interview.
Selection Weightage Entrance Route: 70% Written Test (MRDUCET) + 30% Research Interview.
National Exam Route: 100% Interview performance.
